The booking for any ticket is based on eligibility, availability, and payment.

2. Liability for the documents: Your documents are your liability. The company is not liable for any documents like passports and visas. If you don’t have those valid documents, your trip can be terminated by the authority. The company is not liable for the validity of such documents.

The company stays unharmed due to your expense behaviour.
5. Change and modification: Change in your travel plan and schedule for your transport is based on availability. You can prepone, or postpone your booking if tickets are available on the mentioned date. the rescheduling may cost you some extra money. The cruise cabin update has to be also considered based on availability. Cruise sailing date can be changed due to weather condition and unforeseen circumstances.
